Q: What is the fastest can it go?
A: Please refer to each product's info to find out the top speed. Please always make sure you ride at a safe speed.
Q: Are your boards waterproof?
A: We don't rate our boards as waterproof. We'd highly recommend our customers not to ride our boards in wet condition as you can easily get hurt when it gets slippery. We are making every effort we can to engineer the electrical components of our boards to be as resistant to water as possible.
Q: What is the max weight allowed on the board?
A: Please refer to each product's info page and its user manual for max weight.
Q: Do I have to wear a helmet?
A: Yes! Please ALWAYS wear a helmet and any protective equipment when riding our boards.
Q: Can I customize the product?
A: We are very pleased to hear you are interested in a customized product. Please contact us via Contact Us for customization requests. We will try our best to accommodate.
Ordering
Q: If I order today, how long will it take for my board to ship?
A: This will depend on the availability of the product you order. If the product is in stock in one of our local warehouses in your country, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days. If the product you order is not available in our local warehouses, we will pack and ship from our production factory in China which can take longer for international shipping. Please refer to our Shipping and Return policy here.
Q: Will my order be shipped in one package?
A: Orders with standard accessories will be shipped in 1 package. If you have included additional accessories in your order, we will send them out in separate packages.
Q: Can I change things after I place the order?
A: Yes, you can. Please contact us within 3 hours after you place your order. We will try our best to change it for you. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed successfully because it is hard to modify the order once it gets sent to the factory.
Q: Can I change my address after the order has been shipped?
A: Please contact our customer support as soon as you can. We will always do our best to help, but there are no guarantees. Sometimes it is simply too late, and the courier no longer allows any changes.
Q: What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
A: These taxes are included in our shipping rates and you do not have to pay them again.
Q: How long does it take to ship my board?
A: With the exception of pre-order products, most of our in-stock products will be packed and shipped within 1 working days after the order is placed.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: We ship all goods from China by air and you will usually receive them within 12-30 working days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A:Yes.
Warranty
Q: How long is the warranty?
A: We offer a 1 year warranty for the Mechanical components of our boards, including the deck and truck, and a 6 month warranty for the electrical components, including (1) Hub Motor (2) ESC (3) Battery (4) Remote and (5) Charger. Please refer to here for our complete warranty policy.
Q: When does my warranty start?
A: It will start the day you receive the product.
